Skyline Ti Titanium Wood Stove

Regular price $465.00 $0.00 Unit price per

The Skyline Ti titanium wood stove is a collapsible, packable wood stove designed for backcountry and backpacking adventures to turn your tent into a warm, dry palace. At slightly over 2 pounds, the Skyline Ti is an ultralight wood stove engineered to setup quickly and easily with a stove box size that can heat small or large tents. With the easy to setup TrussLoc leg system, long box size and separate carrying cases for the stove and the stove pipe, the Skyline Ti was designed from years of experience in the field and purpose built for the backcountry user to make a minimalist, ultralight wood stove that packs down to a small size.

The Skyline Ti Stove features our TrussLoc stove leg system, which utilizes a wire frame leg design that folds out quickly and easily when in use and tucks away when stored. Our unique stove leg system reduces the stove weight by getting rid of unnecessary metal while also adding support to the bottom panel of the stove.

The Skyline Ti is built with features for added durability and functionality, including stamped side panels that add structural integrity to help prevent warping as well as a longer box size to help fit longer pieces of wood. Dual dampers in the door and the chimney allow for flame and heat control, and our integrated spark arrestor is built into the stove pipe to help keep embers to a minimum. Finally, our two piece packaging keeps your stove and stove pipe stored separately for easier and more efficient transport when backpacking.

The Skyline Ti Wood Stove comes with either a 5 foot length to be compatible with our Rincon 2P Tent, a 6 foot length to work with our Absaroka 4P Tent, 8 ft length for our Selway 6P Tent, or in increments of 2 feet for larger tents up to 12 feet in height.

definitely like it

Overall, this stove works great. It puts out reliable heat and keeps you warm on cold nights. For a four-person setup, it could be a little more compact, but the weight is very manageable even when you’re solo backpacking.

The biggest issue I’ve noticed is stability—it doesn’t sit well unless you’re on perfectly flat, level ground. If there were a way to improve the balance or make it more adaptable to uneven terrain, that would be a huge upgrade.

I’d also love to see a smaller or more streamlined carrying case. The stove itself is lightweight, but the case is pretty bulky and hard to fit comfortably in a backpack, especially when paired with other gear. A more compact packaging or storage option would make it much easier to carry.

Overall, it’s still a really solid stove, and I’d give it a 90 out of 100.

Ti Titanium stove

Used on a oct/nov elk hunt after a couple days messing with the damper and air vent got it figured out to get maximum burn with just the right amount of heat. I have tried other stoves. I like the simple setup and size of this stove is just right! Extremely happy with this stove. Would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stove.

Superb.

I couldn’t be happier with this stove. Used it with my Absaroka on a late season blacktail hunt. Conditions were cold and rainy but this thing kept me nice and toasty in the evenings. The burn box is a good size to fit medium sized logs at 12-14” long. I learned that running a stove takes some practice in learning how to load it up and control the air flow to maximize your burn time.

Needs a stronger top

It’s light, portable, and easy to use. There are 2 improvements to be made. The top section tends to warp and bend especially if you don’t have your stove pipe perfectly straight up and down. Okay that’s a skill issue. As far as trying to cook on top of the stove due to the warping of the top, even if stovepipe is perfectly straight up and down, it’s really hard to do so this was made of a slightly thicker gauge and didn’t warp and said flat, I would make the whole experience a lot better. Problem number two. The front door sucks. Just sucks. Due to the expansion at different rates in the metal door is hard to move. The little wire is impossible to use. I always carry a leatherman with me and that is the only way i am able to use the door. Will I be changing stoves? No these things are worth it for how late it is. Can the stove be better absolutely.

Skyline Ti Titanium Wood Stove-Late Season Cold in 8P Yukon

I purchased the Skyline Ti Titanium Wood Stove in mid-November (2025). It was used as part of a backcountry set up for the last two weeks of the Montana General Elk Season. It was cold with over a foot of new snow and temps dropping below zero F. When temps were in the low 30's to low 20's the stove kept our 8P Yukon warm. When temps dipped into the teens ands/or below 0°, we had to keep feeding it to stay warm (every 1 to 1 1/2 hours during the night). Large fuel burned longer, but smaller fuel created a hotter burn. I'd say the stove worked fine and about as I expected. It's lightweight and easy to set up, even in the dark. I have two small complaints: 1) the sliding door mechanism could be redesigned to slide more easily. It was especially difficult to deal with when fumbling around in the middle of the night. 2) As others have said, the legs on the stove are pretty unstable. To remedy this, I used 4 shepherd hook tent stakes, one for each corner, to pin the stove down. This kept the stove from wobbling when I fidgeted with the sliding door. Overall, I am quite happy with the stove, but will make sure to always carry 4 hook-style stakes. I may also try to modify the sliding door mechanism. Maybe Argali or someone else has some suggestions?
