Whether you're escaping a storm or using it as a primary tent, the Argali Talus Tarp is a flat cut backpacking tarp designed with versatility and storm protection in mind. Packing down to the size of a burrito and weighing 17.2 ounces, the 10' x 8.5' tarp features 12 guy-out points with built in line-loc adjusters and dedicated paracord so you can pitch it any way you'd like.

Features

No-Sag Fabric-Our Nano-Ripstop SilPoly fabric has nearly zero stretch when wet as polyester doesn't absorb water like other fabrics, maintaining interior usable space and eliminating the dreaded "tent sag" effect and keeping your tent light even in wet weather.
Night Visibility-Reflective materials sewn into the tent make finding your tent at night easier.

Outstanding customer service

I wanted to start off by saying I am somebody that never writes reviews. I have been blown away by the customer service by Argali. I run their two person four person all the inserts and the stove every single year and spend between 50 and 75 days in the backcountry. I ordered the tarp when it first came out over a year ago and it has been sitting on my shelf untouched. I have an early August deer hunt in Arizona and wanted something to block the sun. I went to seam, seal it and one of the plastic clips for cinching it down, had broken and emailed Argali and had an immediate response, giving me two options send the tarp in or they would send me the plastic clip and I could sew the tarp. I decided it would be easier to send it in and have the professionals do it. They just received the tarp today and I received another email stating that they would just be replacing the entire tarp because they didn’t want me to wait for them to sew a clip on . I could not believe that they took the initiative to take care of their customers so well. Very few Companies, back their products like Argali does. I will be a customer for life.

Great Tarp!

Can't go wrong with this tarp. Love all the configurations you can do with it. Love that it is Sil-Poly. Just doesn't sag or retain water like my other Sil-Nylon tarp and tipi. Another reason Im am fixing to purchase the 4P Absoroka tipi from Argali as well. Just cannot justify the price of Dyneema for just a lil bit of weight savings. Sil-Poly packs down better without having to fold it and baby it like you do with Dyneema products.

Lightweight and packs down nice. I carry it as an emergency shelter as well as an easy bocy shelter for spike out camps.
