2) Eligibility. Sweepstakes is open to persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia age 21 or older. Residents of Canada are not eligible to enter. Employees of Sponsor, and their related companies or agents, and their immediate family members (including mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, grandchild, in-laws or guardians, and a spouse, partner or companion of any of them), regardless of where they live; or persons who reside in the same household (whether related or not), are not eligible.

3) Entry Period. The Entry Period for the Giveaway opens Friday, May 1, 2026, and closes Monday, June 1, 2026 11:59PM MDT. 

4) Individuals who meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules may enter the Giveaway by visiting the Sponsor’s website, completing the entry form with their name and email address, and subscribing to receive communications from the Sponsor and participating brands, which will result in one (1) entry. Those already subscribed to the Sponsor’s newsletter will be considered compliant with the subscription requirement. By entering, participants acknowledge and accept these Official Rules. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the instructions provided in such communications without affecting the validity of their entry.

5) Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and void any entries submitted in excess of the permitted limit per entrant, including those submitted using multiple or altered names or email addresses. Sponsor is not liable for entries that are late, lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or otherwise not received as intended, nor for entries that are incomplete or illegible. Any entries submitted through automated means, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or third-party services or websites that facilitate entry, are prohibited and will be deemed invalid.

6) Selection of Winner. On or about June 15, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received to select ten (10) potential finalists. Such finalists will be notified by June 16, 2026 using the email addresses provided at entry. Each finalist must respond within seven (7) days of the Sponsor’s initial notification attempt to confirm receipt and remain eligible and will be required to submit a one-page written statement explaining why they should be selected. Failure to timely respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate finalist. By entering, participants agree that all decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway and release the Sponsor from any and all liability associated therewith. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

7) Winner Notification. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and indemnification, a W-9 tax form, and a publicity release (where permitted by law), as well as any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Sponsor. Failure to timely respond to notification, provide required information (including, without limitation, name, contact details, and shipping address), or satisfy any eligibility or documentation requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. By entering, participants consent to being contacted by Sponsor regarding the Giveaway and, except where prohibited by law, grant Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or consent.

• We will help you plan/ prepare for the trip and a successful hunt with consultations with us and other participating brands to help you have a successful hunt. This will include help for the winner in physically preparing for the hunt, logistics, help picking where to hunt, how to hunt, navigation and any other learning and education that will help make for a successful trip. 
• Hunt timing and logistics coordinated with the winner. The hunt will have to be in August 2027 and the winner will pick and have to commit to a time window that works for them.

9. Prize Terms. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and duties associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner may be required to provide a Social Security number and complete applicable tax documentation to enable Sponsor to satisfy required reporting obligations. The prize and any of its components are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize or any portion thereof with an item of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability or other considerations. If a selected winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize for any reason and notifies Sponsor on or before July 22, 2026, Sponsor may select an alternate winner in accordance with the procedures set forth in these Official Rules.

10. Prize Restrictions. The prize is subject to all applicable federal (U.S.), state, and local laws and regulations governing firearm ownership, possession, transfer, and use, and the winner is solely responsible for compliance with such laws. Firearm prizes will not be awarded or delivered in any jurisdiction where prohibited, and if fulfillment, possession, or use would violate applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Any firearm prize must be transferred through a federally licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer designated by the winner and will require completion of all legally mandated procedures, including submission of required forms and successful completion of a background check. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any denial, delay, or other outcome related to the background check process, the selected dealer, or the transfer of the firearm.

11) Release and Other Conditions.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Prize Providers, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and successors from any liability, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

The winner also consents to the use of their name, likeness, city/state, and related information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

13) Disputes. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought individually (not as part of a class action) and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Idaho. Entrants further waive any right to seek or recover punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorneys’ fees, and agree that recovery, if any, will be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the Promotion, with no right to have damages multiplied or increased.

14) Force Majeure. If the Giveaway cannot continue as planned due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, labor disputes, epidemics/pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions or orders, public health emergencies, or technical failures, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, subject to any required approvals. If the Giveaway is terminated, Sponsor may, where feasible, award prizes through a random drawing from eligible entries received prior to termination.

15) Email Sharing and Marketing. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that Argali Outdoors may share entry email addresses with participating partner brands providing prizes. By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from Argali Outdoors and its partners via email, SMS, or other channels, where permitted by law, and understand that their entry information may be used for such purposes.

16) Privacy and Communications. By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may share their contact information with Prize Providers. Sponsor and Prize Providers may use this information to send promotional emails, newsletters, and other marketing communications, with each message including an option to unsubscribe. Information collected will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of the Sponsor and Prize Providers. By participating, entrants consent to those privacy policies.

Entrants also agree that Sponsor may contact potential winners regarding the Giveaway and, where permitted by law, may use a winner’s name, city/state, likeness, biographical information, voice, and statements for promotional and advertising purposes in any media without additional notice, permission, or compensation.
