If you aren't happy with your gear, we aren't happy. We make gear that is designed to perform in the field, but if you are unhappy for any reason email or call us to let us and we will do our best to take care of you. Returns, Warranty, & Exchanges
Returns
- Returns must be initiated 45 days from the date of order fulfillment
- Returned items must be in new condition with original tags still attached, unwashed, unused and without any physical damage.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refunds will take 5-7 business days from when the item is received to process, with seasonal volume affecting this timeframe.

Exchanges for Clothing
- Exchanges must be initiated within 45 days from date of fulfillment
- Exchange items must be in new condition with original tags, unwashed, unused and without any physical damage
- To start an exchange you must have your order number and zip code
- Exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days from when the item is received to process with seasonal volume affecting this timeframe
- Exchanges will receive a free shipping label to send their product back
- Exchanges can be made for size and color only no different styles (if item is out of stock you will be refunded)

Warranty
We strive to make the best products possible. We test our products to ensure they can withstand harsh conditions when properly cared for. We understand that our customers rely on our products to enhance their outdoor adventures and are committed to providing reliable and long-lasting equipment. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following warranty policy:
Our warranty covers manufacture defects in workmanship materials for the life of the product from the original owner with proof of purchase. This warranty applies to our products that were purchased directly through us or any authorized retailers. Products purchased secondhand are not considered an original purchase. Argali reserves the right to replace or repair a warrantied item.
Warranty Claims
1. To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the form here. You will need an order number for proof of purchase and photos need to be attached.
2. Our team will work with you through the claim process and provide instructions for returning the defective product if necessary. Please allow up to 5 days for us to process the warranty claims.
3. If needed, send the warrantied item back to Argali. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Argali will ship warrantied product to customer free of charge within the United States. International customers are responsible for shipping to and from Argali.
Warranty Exclusions
Gear:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or any damage caused by improper handling, storage or maintenance. Most products can be repaired at a reasonable and fair rate.
Examples of wear and tear include but are not limited to: holes/tears from animals chewing/scratching product, burn holes from stoves, failed zippers due to dirt/sand, damage from excessive UV exposure, excessive snow load left unattended, breaks and tears due to accidental trips/falls.
Modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer or any unauthorized third party will void the warranty.
Clothing:
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accidents, or any damage caused by improper care, storage or maintenance. Abrasions, pilling, pinholes, or other cosmetic wear and tear that doesn’t affect function, punctures, rips, and burns caused by normal field use are excluded from warranty. Modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer or any unauthorized third party will void the warranty.
Repairs
Please reach out to us if you need to repair a product or get a spare part that you don’t see listed on our website. Please email: [email protected] with a picture of what you would like to have repaired, and we will get back to you within 3 business days of the email.
