The guide air fleece was the perfect layer

The guide air fleece was the perfect layer (End of October) paired with a merino t shirt for chilly morning hikes to glassing location, warmer than I expected once sitting down glassing, I eventually did put on another layer while sitting for extended time. Quality material, fits true to size

I really like this argali grid fleece. It cut wind really well but not completely. It kept me pretty warm while sitting still and breathed like dream while I was moving around. It’s not water repellant, which it was never meant to be, but it is probably the quickest drying piece of clothing I’ve ever used. We crossed a river in a small raft and got splashed with water to the point that my pants and this fleece got very wet. It dried in about ten minutes… something to do with the air channels pulling my body heat. And I also felt like it just didn’t get in the way, so the fit is amazing! All in all I’m really happy

Great grid fleece hoody!

I'm 5'9 175 lbs. The large fits great. For me, the comfort range with being active (walking/hiking) is down to 32 degrees F and with little or low activity up to about 60 degrees F with just a base layer underneath. Very happy overall! Even though the chest pocket is not easily accessible with a bino harness on, I like it to store my glasses when not needed. I like the hoody so much I got a couple of different colors.

Great fit and feel

Great fit and feel. 5’9” 182lbs and purchased a large. Feels a little snug at first but wears great. Wore over a synthetic shirt and was perfect to start the hike in 40 degree weather. Light enough to use in upper 60 degree weather.
