Torex Pant
Pretty warm here is Arkansas so I haven’t got a chance to wear these pants yet but am looking forward to the fall. The quality is excellent and the technical features are very well thought out!! Looking forward to putting them through their paces.
I've put only about 15 days in the Northern Idaho Mountains wearing these pants in snow, brush and our famous steep country.
So far they have been very comfortable, great stretch and strength. No nicks or tears which is saying a lot in our thick brush.
Very resistant to moisture I learned this while spending 6 hours recovering my truck in some very wet soft deep snow. What did get wet dried very quickly. Breathable but retaining body heat when at rest.
Love the deep pockets and the placement of the cargo pockets is perfectly functional and not flopping around while covering ground.
My only complaint is in consideration to sizing.
I'm 5' 10" tall I weigh 250 lbs .The pants fit great at 38" waist they are a bit bigger than I need but I ordered them this way on purpose.
I wear 36" in jeans but always size up in hunting pants so I can tuck in multiple layers when needed and I wear a belt or suspenders either way.
However my inseam is 32. With hunting pants I usually have a seamstress hem them a bit shorter because I wear boots and gaiters and don't need the extra material piling up.
My issue is there was like 8" of extra material.
I know it's tough to build a clothing product and try to meet the needs of everyone who may have a 36-38" waist and an inseam from 30 to 38.
Dang lady cost me another $40 to do a really nice stitch job. I'll learn how to sew I suppose.
It's just adding the cost to hem up materials on top of the initial cost of the pants is a little frustrating.
However I'd do it again because like everything else Argali, the quality is awesome and clearly built for the hunt.
These are by far the most comfortable pair of pants I own. I am pretty picky when it comes to overall fit and feel of my clothing and man these things check all the boxes! They’re super comfortable, and durable and the fit are perfect not too tight and not too baggy. The overall fit is true to size so feel confident buying your actual size. I’m 6”2’ 235lbs and wear a 36 tall.
Good fit and comfortable. Seem to be tough enough to handle hunting conditions. Color is my only complaint, almost cream color.
Big fan of these pants. Fit is true to size, super comfy and quiet, love the vents with mesh, and damn tough. Light rain and snow was no problem, should've torn with the amount of bushwhacking done but look new still. Only things I'd change is snap instead of a button for above the zipper, and maybe a way to incorporate kneepads. Still the best hunting pants I've tried. Will buy another pair for sure. Argali makes quality products.
