from 1341 reviewsThe Skyline Ti was my first experience with a backpacking stove. Assembly is super simple and fast. I couldn't believe how much heat it put off! I was able to get 4+ hours of burn time with larger wood. Definitely recommend for cold camping.
Very pleased with the tent. Easy to set up. My son commented how light it was but we have had no issue in rain and wind even without using the additional guy out points. Plenty of room with stove too.
Great Tipi, hot tent was a gamechanger for late season elk.
I’ve put the Argali Rincon 2-person tent through some serious conditions, and it has never let me down. I ran this tent for nine days straight on an Idaho hunt in the Frank Church Wilderness—thunderstorms, hail, snow, rain… you name it, this tent saw it. It held strong the entire trip.
I’ve used it with the half floor (haven’t tried the half insert yet) and I also run Argali’s titanium stove. My buddies made fun of me for carrying a stove—until everything they owned was soaked and they were lining up at my tent to dry their gear out.
Setup is extremely easy. I always stake out the four corners first and the whole thing comes together fast. I also used the Rincon for a four-day archery hunt in northern Pennsylvania with the same solid experience.
Condensation is minimal for a floorless shelter. I get a little on the lower 10–12 inches of the tent, which the insert would eliminate—I just haven’t bothered to run it yet. The one night I had more condensation than usual was on me because I forgot to open the top vent.
As far as layout: when running the stove, I sleep on the left side. The stove sits on the right, and I stack firewood in the top-right area. The front right corner is perfect for storing gear. The floorless design takes a little getting used to, but now I actually prefer it. I carry a small ground cloth for my gear, and I really like being able to walk inside, zip the tent, and take my boots off without tracking mud into my sleeping area.
I own a lot of Argali gear, and this tent has become one of my best backcountry assets. Durable, lightweight, smart design, and built for real hunts not parking lot camping.
Highly recommend.
I do backpack elk hunts in Idaho and never had an interest in a stove. I never liked the idea of the added weight and hassle.
My mind began to open to the idea of a stove when I replaced an older and heavier tipi with the Argali Absaroka. I didn’t know much about Argali before that, but I loved my new tent and learned they had a stove to go with it
Then, this hunting season turned out to be much wetter and colder than I had experienced in past years. After a couple outings and a few really cold nights, I was ready to give the Argali stove a try.
This stove is great. Argali shipped it right away, with no issues. The online demo videos are helpful, and show you how to burn in the stove pipe so hat it up easier.
In the field, I found packing the stove into my pack, very easy. It’s very lightweight. The storage cases that come with it are great. Set up is simple and intuitive.
I had always heard the complaint that these small stoves don’t hold enough wood, so you have to keep feeding them all night long. I think it all depends on what kind of wood you have available to burn. Tiny twigs will go fast. Larger pieces will burn slow. You just have to learn how to work the dampers. This stove has one on the door and one on the stove pipe. Even when my stove burned out overnight, it was super easy to rollover, feed it some more wood and get it going again. This made getting up and out of my sleeping bag so much easier in the morning.
If you want a way to quickly warm up and dry out your gear in the field, get this stove! You will be more comfortable and be able to stay out in the field longer. Argali has done it
right.

Fits perfectly and is easy to set up and install. Great addition to the tent when you need a bug screen or in damp conditions. Worth the money.
Just used the 4 person tent and stove for 11 nights in Montana rifle season. Tent and stove both did unbelievably great. Being I am from Georgia, I have grit my teeth and backpack in. I was able to stay in a snow storm and temps down to 0. I cant say enough good things about this setup. Highly, Highly recommend.
First year using this knife and first purchase from Argali. Processed a Mule Deer and Bull Elk with minimal field sharpening that needed to be done. It performed amazing, fully recommend!
Packed one elk and two deer so far with these bags, lightweight and durable easy enough to clean.
I am an outfitter in the very rugged back country of north Idaho. Some of the things that are absolutely necessary to us in selecting our gear are quality, weight, durability, ease of deployment, and how well it will withstand all weather that Mother Nature throws our way. I started using Argali equipment 3 years ago and after several hunting excursions from Hawaii, Texas, Montana , Idaho, Alaska, and hunting Musk-ox in the arctic of NWT, I have found no better gear that I would want or carry in my in pack! It’s some of the best gear I have ever purchased and used for my self and have now upgraded my outfitting gear too. Incredible gear, incredible quality, great customer service. Thank you Argali for taking the time to make great products that can withstand extreme use day after day!
These bags worked fantastic on a Maine bull moose pack out. Bags are very durable and cleaned up very well after the hunt.
Light weight. Used on a recent hunt with my seek outside cimmaron.
Love this knife. I have two deer so far under its belt and it’s still razor sharp. Absolutely love it.
First 2 of 4 nights punt in my Rincon 2P, it poured! Never had any issues w the tent leaking. Lightweight and durable! Great job!
I wanted to wait to get some nights in the tent before posting a review. I’ve had the opportunity to run this shelter on a mountain goat hunt, bighorn sheep hunt, elk hunt, and several camping trips. Some of them I went floorless and some of them with a half insert for bugs.
The space to weight ratio of the tent is unmatched. This proved particularly valuable mountain goat hunting, where we had space to cook and weather a storm comfortably from inside the tent. I was nervous about high winds camping on exposed ridge lines but with good staking it proved a none issue. The rectangular shape makes it easier to efficiently use the space compared to other tipi designs which are round. Pitching was intuitive. The provided stakes are adequate but could stand to be a little beefier.
Condensation can be an issue if the tent is pitched tight to the ground but can easily be offset by pitching the tent higher. The added space also makes it easier to just sleep a few inches away from the tent, the half insert comfortably fits two large men.
Overall this has become my go to shelter because it allows me to carry the weight of a bivy but have the space of a 4 man standalone tent.
